There are those who choose hotels for their location, for their services, or for their views…But only a few select the hotels where they stay for the quality of their breakfast.

The gastronomical critics got together in the II Summit of “Madrid Fusión” unanimously agreed to grant the breakfast of hotel Hospes Maricel the price for “The best breakfast in the world”. The Breakfast is available for three hours. More than a breakfast, the morning gastronomic offer of Maricel is an innovated culinary experience, without menu or buffet, which varies with the ingredients of the season. It is a sung letter of services that is extended at the will of the clients.

  • Detox smoothie (beet, carrot and orange juice) purifies blood and liver
  • Antioxidant smoothie (granni smith apple, celery, spinach and ginger)

  • Sliced sardine with pepper and royal of the vera coca with roasted peppers with a soft toasted hazelnut vinaigrette.
  • Deconstruction of spanish omelette (tortilla de patata), truffle brioche and sturgeon caviar.
  • Foie-gras carpaccio accompanied with jam of roses and passion fruit pulp with crunchy slices of dried fruits bread and powder of sorrel ice cream.
  • Sóller orange frappe with champagne, chocolate sand and flowers.
  • Iberian pork cheek stew in the traditional way with citrus notes and sweet crunchy aubergine and micro carrot.
