The impressive complex, located 14 km from Palma and 20 minutes from the airport, was designed by local architect Guillermo Reynés. Every detail has been carefully selected to create rooms with a relaxed and serene atmosphere, where neutral tones and natural materials combine with bright turquoise, just like the hotel’s surroundings. Influenced by the contemporary art scene of the Balearic Islands in general and Mallorca in particular, the Kimpton AYSLA Mallorca has its own Site Specific Contemporary Art Collection, an exhibition commissioned by ABA ART LAB (a company founded in 2004 in Palma de Mallorca dedicated to the exhibition and production of contemporary art), consisting of works created with sensitivity and modesty for the different spaces of the hotel.

The 79 rooms, including some premium rooms (with private garden and double terrace) and the presidential suite, are arranged around lush Mallorcan-style courtyards and feature large windows, private balconies, separate rain shower and bathtub, and complimentary access to the luxurious 900-square-meter spa. In addition, the reinterpretation of the concept of luxury focuses on an innovative vision of life in a resort where active leisure meets total relaxation.
