Club de Golf Alcanada
Puerto de Alcudia
This 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. opened in 2003. Situated in the north of the Mediterranean island of Majorca, Alcanada is located close to the sea.
The 6499 m long course blends naturally into the typical Majorcan landscape.
The club takes its name and its logo from the island with the lighthouse just off the shore which can be seen from most of the holes. Apart from the splendid sea view, players are surrounded by pine and olive groves throughout their round. Although Alcanada is a young course, it has been recognised by numerous well known golf magazines and golf guides as one of the finest in Spain and indeed anywhere in Europe.
The upkeep of the course is impeccable. The greens were renovated in 2019, and are fast, clear and of exceptionally high quality.
