Son Bunyola is located on the picturesque Spanish island of Mallorca. The vast private gated estate covers 1300 acres of stunning landscape and includes three villas, the five-bedroom Sa Punta de S’Aguila and the four-bedroom Sa Terra Rotja and Son Balagueret. The villas are perfect places to relax, with fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and warm temperatures. They are undergoing a refurbishment ahead of opening in April 2024.

Having opened in June 2023, the Son Bunyola Hotel joins the three existing villas on the 1300-acre Son Bunyola estate. The hotel retains all of the original features and comprises of the main Finca, dating back to the 1500’s, the Tafona, containing the historic olive press, and several annexe buildings. The hotel features 26 stunning rooms and suites, two restaurants, spa treatment rooms, exceptional mountain and sea views, and a historic terrace that is home to the pool.
