Experience an evening dedicated to extra virgin olive oil and Mallorcan gastronomy at Treurer. Begin with a guided visit to the olive mill, where you will discover the different processes involved in producing premium EVOO and the attention to detail behind its production.

Afterwards, enjoy a seven-course tasting menu featuring two appetisers, a starter, two main courses, a pre-dessert and dessert. Inspired by Mallorcan cuisine and the Mediterranean diet, the menu is prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients selected by the chef according to market availability.
